Expert legal advice
What are my chances?
Always a simple question. Not always an easy answer.
I provide clear and concise advice on the merits of your case, the procedure to be followed and alternatives to litigation. Don't go to court if you don’t have to.
I advise in conference at an agreed venue, by telephone or in writing.
Adam Clegg dealt with a very difficult case well and provided the best possible representation

Documents you need for court
It is important to get off on the right foot. Court forms vary in complexity. Completing an application form for a Child Arrangement Order is straightforward. Completing a Form E in a Financial Remedy case may require more care.
Once proceedings are underway you may have to draft a witness statement. This is a key document and one which will inform the court’s final decision.
I will make sure you don’t put a foot wrong.
Our thanks to counsel in respect of the excellent outcome in this hearing

Representing you in court
If your case involves property, significant financial assets, or children where there are significant welfare concerns, then you should consider a lawyer.
I have appeared in all levels of court from the Family Proceedings Court to the Court of Appeal.
I am regularly instructed to act for parents in complex cases involving children, including cases where there are allegations of very serious physical and sexual abuse. I also undertake divorce work involving high net worth clients.
You don’t need a solicitor to instruct me. I am available through the Direct Access Scheme.
