Costs

It is important to keep legal costs under control.

I only work for a fee that we have agreed beforehand. This means that you will always know what the cost will be. If the court hearing takes twice as long as expected, so be it. The fee will still be the same.

What follows is for guidance only. Fees may be higher or lower according to the volume of paperwork, complexity of the case and level of tribunal – that is lay justices, circuit/district judge or High Court judge.

All fees are payable in full in advance.
